A funeral service can be a difficult time as you say goodbye. It is also an opportunity to tell your loved one's story. It is important to gather memories and stories together to create a beautiful service that celebrates a life. 

I will meet with you to create a bespoke service that is unique to your loved one. Telling stories around specially chosen readings and music. 

I am an independent celebrant and I will create the kind of ceremony that you want. The type of funeral is a choice that is yours to make, but I  will ensure that it will be a distinctive event for you and your loved one that tells their story.

From your initial enquiry I will make sure that you are involved at every stage. We can talk about the kind of person they were, the things they loved and what was important to them. I like to find out from you what made them unique. 

I will support you in the decisions to be made and what to include. You may want some help in choosing readings or music. You might want to write a eulogy yourself or I am able to write this for someone to read. If you want me to read it on your behalf, that is fine too. 

I will communicate with you throughout the process using your preferred method - email, text, phone, online. 

For certain ceremonies, I will work alongside the Funeral Director of your choice.

Whatever type of ceremony you choose, I will be there before the ceremony, so I am there to greet you and your guests.

I will lead the ceremony that we have planned together, supporting any friends or family who you would like to take part.

I will follow up with you after the ceremony in case there is any other support I can offer.

If we are working alongside a Funeral Director, my fee will be included in the overall fee paid to them. 

If you wish to book me directly as a funeral celebrant, my fee will start at £230.

NB: This fee is subject to change for a longer ceremony or expectation to travel a distance of over 30 miles.
